Bookings & quotes

Quotes are based on the information you provide. If the property is significantly larger or dirtier than described, we’ll agree any changes with you before continuing.

Cancellations

Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or rearrange a clean. Late cancellations may be charged up to 50% of the booking.

Access

You agree to provide access to the property, along with working electricity and hot water, at the booked time.

Our guarantee

If you’re not happy with any part of the clean, tell us within 72 hours and we’ll re-clean the affected areas free of charge.

Breakages & damage

We take great care, and we’re fully insured. Please report any damage within 48 hours.

Payment

Payment is due on completion unless agreed otherwise. Business accounts are invoiced monthly with 14-day terms.
